Payments

Rents are due on the first of each month and a late fee is added if rent is not paid in full by the 10th of the month. We accept cash or personal check.

You can also enroll in our automatic payment program, which allows us to deduct the rent from your checking account on the first of each month. All we need is the routing & account numbers from your check.

If you are moving out before the end of a month, we ask that you pay for the entire month on the first, when it is due, and give us at least five days notice of the day you are moving out. Then we will refund any unused portion of that month’s rent.
