Access to the property is controlled by electronic keypads. Each customer has a personal code number for the gate and for entering the main building. Your code number will work during your allowed access hours, as long as your account is in good standing.

A record is kept of every entry and exit. We require all tenants and guests to enter a code when entering and exiting our property. This rule allows us to have a record that every person who enters an access code is a tenant or permitted to be on our property.

We have video camera surveillance at the gate
and several locations around the property.
